Return , Replacement , Refund
1) You receive the product in a damage/ tamper condition. We request our customers to open and check the product at the time of delivery. In case there is any damage found to the product, please send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery of the product along with your order number.
- We will send you a replacement against the damaged product or we can escalade complete refund however the customer requests.
- We will bear the cost of sending you a replacement and getting the damaged product picked up from your place.
2) What If you did not like the product : Please send us an email at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery of the product along with your order number.
1) If the product delivered isn’t damaged , or doesn’t contain any manufacturing defect , and the customer just wants to exchange the product with another , The Courier costs (for replacement )are to be borne by the customer of returning the product from customer to coozo and sending the product from coozo to customer.
2) Any product if used or damaged while using , will not be returned or replaced.
3) Any complaint or replacement or refund has to be reported to the company within 48 hours from the delivery date.
4) All transactions are completely closed after 7 days from date of delivery , and hence no refund , replacement or exchange will be allowed after 7 days from the date of delivery.
- 1) For some reason if you do not wish to proceed with the order, inform us by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order id or just whatsapp us at 9999 89 7277.
- 2) We will cancel your order and will escalate a complete refund for the same.
- 3) No cancellation would be entertained if the order is already dispatched.
- 4) Better to inform as soon as you can , so that we can stop the order from getting dispatched.
Coozo 7D Mats cover the area where ever the passengers feet can reach They are not lamination flooring and so they do not cover 100% floor area They cover between 85% - 95 % of the floor area. While we aim for 100% perfect fitting, in some car models our mats might fit between 90%-95% due to the complicated interiors of the car.
As we make mats for more than 150 car models, its not possible to have pictures of all of them. The pictures uploaded under product descriptions are for representation purpose only to give the customers an idea about the type of mats they are buying. Actual product may slightly vary.
Please Note: Coozo 7D Car Mats are made on the basis of the measurement of the floor of the car. If you are using lamination or any other sheet or layer on the floor and then installing the 7D car mats , the fitting might not be proper. Coozo doesn’t take any responsibility of the lamination and any resulting faulty fitting of our product due to the lamination / flooring.
