Q - How much are the delivery charges?
- Coozo.in provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 500/-. Otherwise Rs. 100/- is charged towards shipping charges.
- No additional charges for Cash On Delivery.
Q - What is the estimated delivery time?
- If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few items which may be delivered in 7-10 days.
Q - How will the delivery be done?
- We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, First Flight, etc.
Q - What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, etc.)?
- There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final product price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include applicable Central Sales Tax (CST) and Value Added Tax (VAT) wherever applicable.
Q - How do I track my shipment?
- COOZO uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
What pincodes do you ship to?
- COOZO ships to almost all pincodes in India with the Cash on Delivery option. For availability in your region, try your pincode on any of the product page.
You can ask for refund if:
1) You receive the product in a damage/ tamper condition. We request our customers to open and check the product at the time of delivery. In case there is any damage found to the product, please send an email at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery of the product along with your order number.
- We will send you a replacement against the damaged product or we can issue a credit note which will be a valid for one year.
- We will bear the cost of sending you a replacement and getting the damaged product picked up from your place.
2) If you did not like the product
- Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery of the product along with your order number.
- We will issue a credit note for the equivalent amount which will be valid for one year.
3) Refund Policy will change as per the Promotion policy during any promotion.
- Cost of sending the shipment to us would be borne by you or If you want, we can get the product picked up from your place and can deduct the charges and can issue the credit note of the balance amount.
- The product has to be packed properly so that it reaches us safely in both the cases ( if you are taking care of the delivery or we are taking care of the delivery), then only a credit note would be issued to you.
- The product will be dispatched once we will receive the returned product.
- For some reason if you do not wish to proceed with the order, inform us by sending an email at email@example.com along with your order id.
- We will cancel your order and will issue a credit note for the equivalent purchased amount.
- No cancellation would be entertained for the dispatched orders.
