About Our CEO
Mr. Rajesh Jain is the CEO, Chairman & Owner of M/s Shakti Overseas, founded in the year 1991. After successfully trading in the auto parts and accessories business for almost 8 years, Mr. Jain started trading auto parts and accessories. Soon after he joined Delhi University in 1984, he started travelling across India to explore the market in different cities to expand the business on a grand scale. From selling gear locks, car locks, seat covers and steering locks, within 3 years, Mr. Rajesh collaborated with various car dealers and started supplying products to them directly. At the same time, he launched ‘Recaro’—The brand name for his major product, car body covers. After a successful decade, he ventured into imported accessories under the brand name ‘Coozo’. Mr. Jain leads the team with his constant vision and direction. His dedication and passion towards the company and industry is a source of inspiration.

Our Achievements
YEAR 1991
M/s Shakti Overseas was founded by Mr. Rajesh Jain. The company was engaged in dealing of car parts and accessories including car mats, car body covers , car locks, seat covers and steering locks.
YEAR 1994
M/s Shakti Overseas collaborated with various Automobile Dealerships and started working with them directly with an expansive range of product lines.
1994-1995
‘Recaro’ as a brand was launched. Its major product was Car Body Covers. Recaro offered a huge line up of fabrics, textiles, polyester fabrics as well which were used to make umbrellas, raincoats, jackets, bags, car body covers and many other products.
2004-2005
The company started importing better quality, affordable and revolutionary car accessories. At this point, a new brand name was required and it was called ‘Coozo’. Major products were Door Visors , Side Beadings , Seat Cover marble sheets
2008-2009
New Products such as Windshield Wipers , Dusters , Interior and Exterior Lightings were added.
2011-2012
Became distributor for Stebel (ITALY) Automotive Horns In India.
2013 - 2015
Manufacturing of Car Mats started , Offering 5 different qualities in various colors.
YEAR 2016
M/s Namocar Enterprises, a sister concern, was started for handling a whole new branch of e-commerce retail business with the motive of reaching each and every customer looking for Coozo products in India. With www.coozo.in the company aims to serve all the customers with the best of services. Also had presence on various e-commerce platforms like amazon , flipkart and snapdeal.
2017 - 2019
Coozo while offering a wide range of car accessories and leading the auto accessories market with its revolutionary 3D, 5D Car mats, 7D Car Mats, Curtains, Lights, Horns, Wipers and various other imported accessories sourced from different countries, offering the best of quality, design, and durability.
2019 - 2020
Started Exporting Car Mats , Body Covers and other accessories to various countries in the Gulf and African region.
2021
At Present , The company has a network of more than 200 direct distributors , dealers and suppliers , spread across 24 states in India. Through Coozo.in , we expect and hope to serve each and every car enthusiast with our products , regardless of our network or presence. We are currently delivering Pan India and are capable of serving customers residing at any pincode in any town or city or Island.
